The Medics.Academy Technology Enhanced Learning Programme for Senior Trainers is a 12-month programme in technology-assisted medical education. The programme aims to give senior clinical trainers a flexible, alternative experience to the traditional full-time postgraduate programme. It can be completed alongside full-time clinical commitments. The goal of the programme is to give participants the ability to gain experience in innovation and Technology Enhanced Learning as well as raise their profile as clinical educators. The Academic Team will guide you through the process of designing, promoting and delivering online learning experiences and embedding technology into your teaching. There will be various smaller tasks that will allow you to develop your idea, market and target it at the right people, and learn about using technology to deliver medical education.
